Application process
This track is restricted to students from Grande Ecole, namely students selected to the Pre-Master - Parcours Scientifique, and AST(I) students coming from a strong scientific training.
The application is done online (possible to do it at the beginning of each term); you can apply during your pre-master or master (the earlier, the better). It must be before the last academic year at ESSEC. It is also required to submit (to the Head of the risk and actuarial track):
A detailed CV (providing also the grades obtained in any quantitative course)
A motivation letter
The ultimate selection will be done before entering ISUP (by email), the last step of this selection being done from the average of the grades obtained in the 4 courses:
IDSD31375 Quantitative Risk Management – Application in Finance
IDSM31183 Financial Mathematics: Probability in Finance
IDSS31267 Financial Econometrics
IDSS32102 Big Data Analytics
Note that for each quantitative course, a grade above 12/20 is required.
